SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THROUGHOUT THE DAY AS AN AREA
OF LOW PRESSURE AND A WARM FRONT MOVE ACROSS THE MID SOUTH. HIGH
TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON WILL BE IN THE MIDDLE TO UPPER 70S. A
STRONG COLD FRONT WILL PUSH THROUGH THE MID SOUTH TONIGHT AND
PROVIDE ANOTHER FOCUS FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. RAIN FREE
WEATHER WILL RETURN ON MONDAY AS A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVES INTO
THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS RETURN FOR
MID TO LATE WEEK. TEMPERATURES THIS WEEK WILL BE SLIGHTLY BELOW
NORMAL FOR LATE APRIL WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER 60S TO LOWER 70S AND
OVERNIGHT LOWS IN THE MIDDLE 40S TO 50S.
