.A VERY MOIST AIRMASS COUPLED WITH AN UPPER AIR DISTURBANCE WILL
PRODUCE AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN. THE HEAVY RAIN WILL BE CONCENTRATED
OVER THE SOUTHERN APPALACHIANS FROM LATE TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY
EVENING.

* A VERY MOIST AIRMASS...WEAK UPSLOPE FLOW AND A PASSING UPPER AIR
  DISTURBANCE WILL COMBINE TO PRODUCE AREAS OF HEAVY RAINFALL. THE
  WEAK UPSLOPE FLOW MAY ALLOW FOR ANCHORING OF HEAVY RAIN
  PRODUCING CELLS.

* WHERE HEAVY RAIN OCCURS...SMALL STREAMS WILL RISE RAPIDLY AND
  POSSIBLY FLOOD SURROUNDING AREAS.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
