ABUNDANT MOISTURE FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO WILL MOVE OVER THE
REGION TODAY...WITH MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN CHANCES INCREASING
THROUGH TONIGHT. LOCALIZED MINOR FLOODING MAY OCCUR...SUCH AS
FILLED DITCHES AND OVERFLOWING STORM DRAINS. PLACES THAT SEE
HEAVY RAIN TODAY OR TONIGHT ARE MORE LIKELY TO SEE FLOODING LATER
THIS WEEK...AS A WET WEATHER PATTERN CONTINUES TO AFFECT THE
REGION. AREAS NEAR THE BLUE RIDGE ARE MOST LIKELY TO SEE A SERIES
OF HEAVY RAIN EPISODES.

INCHES ARE POSSIBLE BY LATE TUESDAY...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE BLUE

CHANCES WILL INCREASE THROUGH TONIGHT. LOCALIZED MINOR FLOODING
MAY OCCUR...SUCH AS FILLED DITCHES AND OVERFLOWING STORM DRAINS.
