ABUNDANT MOISTURE FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO WILL REMAIN IN PLACE
OVER THE REGION TODAY AND TONIGHT. THIS MORNING...WIDESPREAD
SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE AND MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES. LOCALIZED FLASH
FLOODING MAY OCCUR. THEN DURING THE AFTERNOON ISOLATED TO
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP. ANY THUNDERSTORMS
THAT DEVELOP WILL BE CAPABLE OF CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND VERY
HEAVY RAINFALL.

PLACES THAT SEE HEAVY RAIN TODAY OR TONIGHT ARE MORE LIKELY
TO SEE FLOODING LATER THIS WEEK...AS A WET WEATHER PATTERN
CONTINUES TO AFFECT THE REGION.
