SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEEN PRESENT ACROSS
WESTERN...CENTRAL...NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST KANSAS THIS MORNING.
TEMPERATURES ARE GENERALLY IN THE UPPER 50S AND LOW 60S.  WINDS ARE
OUT OF THE SOUTH AROUND 5 TO 15 MPH.

TODAY: A SURFACE FRONT WILL BISECT THE PLAINS WITH WARM 80S EXPECTED
SOUTH OF IT ACROSS MOST OF KANSAS...MISSOURI AND OKLAHOMA WHILE
NORTHWEST OF THE FRONT TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE 60S AND 70S.
PRECIPITATION CHANCES WILL INCREASE DURING THE DAY ACROSS WESTERN
AND NORTHERN KANSAS AND SOUTHERN NEBRASKA ALONG THE FRONT.  SOME OF
THESE STORMS COULD BE STRONG OR SEVERE.  SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL BE
BETWEEN 10 AND 20 MPH SOUTH OF THE FRONT WHILE NORTH OF THE WINDS
WILL BE EASTERLY TO NORTHEASTERLY.

TONIGHT: SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT
ESPECIALLY ACROSS NEBRASKA AND WESTERN...CENTRAL AND NORTHERN
KANSAS AND THE OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS PANHANDLES. OVERNIGHT
LOWS WILL RANGE FROM THE 40S NORTH OF THE FRONT ACROSS THE NEBRASKA
PANHANDLE TO THE 60S ACROSS MOST OF KANSAS AND OKLAHOMA.  WINDS WILL
BE LIGHTER AND SOUTHERLY SOUTH OF THE FRONT AND CONTINUE TO BE
EASTERLY NORTH OF THE FRONT.
