A VEIL OF HIGH LEVEL CLOUDINESS WAS SPREAD OVER EASTERN KANSAS
OVERNIGHT. EARLY MORNING TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE UPPER 30S IN
THE NORTH...TO THE LOWER 50S IN THE SOUTHEAST. WINDS WERE MAINLY
LIGHT NORTHERLY AT SPEEDS OF 5 TO 10 MPH.

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS WILL SLIDE SLOWLY
EASTWARD INTO THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY THIS EVENING. RAIN
SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT PORTIONS OF OKLAHOMA TODAY BEFORE
ENDING THIS EVENING. THE REMAINDER OF THE HEARTLAND WILL BE DRY WITH
CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND RELATIVELY LIGHT NORTHERLY WINDS.

AFTERNOON HIGHS TODAY WILL BE FROM THE MIDDLE 60S TO LOWER 70S. LOWS
TONIGHT WILL BE IN THE MIDDLE TO UPPER 30S OVER THE CENTRAL HIGH
PLAINS...AND IN THE 40S ELSEWHERE.
