  TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR ELK FALLS...OR 10 MILES
  SOUTHEAST OF HOWARD...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF DIMES...AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM. BRIEF FUNNEL CLOUDS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS
STORM.
