SKIES ARE GOING TO BE MOSTLY CLOUDY REGION WIDE, WITH RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS
MAINLY OVER THE EASTERN MOUNTAINS AND THE PLAINS, BEFORE GRADUALLY DECREASING
LATE TODAY.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD OVER THE WESTERN STATES STARTING TUESDAY. A FEW
