.DISCUSSION...WEAK HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE AREA TODAY.
A WARM FRONT WILL APPROACH THE AREA LATE TONIGHT AND INTO SUNDAY
WHICH WILL INCREASE THE RAIN CHANCES THROUGH THAT PERIOD.

TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE GENERALLY LIGHT OUT OF THE EAST TO SOUTHEAST
TODAY.  THEN ON SUNDAY THE WINDS WILL TURN MORE OUT OF THE SOUTH TO
SOUTHWEST...WITH WIND SPEEDS ALSO INCREASING SUNDAY.  MIXING HEIGHTS
REMAIN BETWEEN 2000 AND 3000 FT TODAY AND SUNDAY. MIN RH VALUES
WILL REMAIN WELL ABOVE CRITICAL LEVELS. LIGHT WINDS WILL PROMOTE
POOR DISPERSION TONIGHT.

AREAS OF FOG ARE POSSIBLE EACH MORNING DUE TO HIGH LOW-LEVEL MOISTURE.
