.DISCUSSION...

HOT TEMPERATURES...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES...AND BREEZY WINDS ARE
EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON. THESE CONDITIONS SUPPORT AN ENVIRONMENT
WHERE RAPID WILDFIRE GROWTH WILL OCCUR. AN ABUNDANCE OF VERY DRY
LIGHT FUELS WILL FAVOR FIRES THAT WILL BE DIFFICULT TO CONTROL. IN
ADDITION, LIGHTNING FROM AN ISOLATED DRY THUNDERSTORM OR TWO THIS
AFTERNOON MAY IGNITE A FIRE. EXPECT WINDS TO CHANGE IN SPEED AND
DIRECTION UNPREDICTABLY IN AND AROUND THE LIGHT SHOWERS AND
ISOLATED DRY THUNDERSTORMS.
