OVERCAST CONDITIONS WERE PRESENT ACROSS THE TRI STATE AREA
OVERNIGHT WITH AREAS OF FOG. LOWEST VISIBILITIES WERE BETWEEN 1
MILE AND 1/4 MILE FOR SOME LOCATIONS. TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE
LOWER 50S WITH CALM WINDS.

OUTLOOK... AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE INTO
THE HIGH PLAINS REGION TODAY...WHICH WILL BRING INCREASED
LIKELIHOOD OF RAIN SHOWERS AND SOME THUNDERSTORMS. PRECIPITATION
WILL CONTINUE TO FALL THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO THE EVENING HOURS.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED BETWEEN A QUARTER OF AN INCH UP TO
AN INCH...WITH LOCALLY HEAVIER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL BE IN THE MID TO UPPER 60S...WHICH
IS ABOUT NORMAL. LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL DROP INTO THE LOW
TO MID 50S...WHICH IS BETWEEN 5 AND 10 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.
