WEATHER SUMMARY FOR NORTH-CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST WISCONSIN

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A STROKE OR TWO OF LIGHTNING WERE PRESENT
THIS MORNING ACROSS THE AREA. AREAS THAT ARE STAYING DRY STILL
REMAIN UNDER MOSTLY CLOUDY OR OVERCAST SKIES. MID-MORNING
TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM NEAR 50 DEGREES INTO THE UPPER 50S.

THE SCATTERED SHOWERS SHOULD CONTINUE THROUGH THE
DAY...PARTICULARLY IN CENTRAL WISCONSIN. AN ISOLATED RUMBLE OF
THUNDER IS ALSO POSSIBLE. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL LANGUISH IN THE
50S TO AROUND 60 NEAR THE LAKESHORE...WHILE TEMPERATURES PUSH INTO
THE 70S FURTHER INLAND.

THE UNSETTLED WEATHER SHOULD CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING AND
OVERNIGHT...ESPECIALLY IN CENTRAL WISCONSIN. AFTER THAT...SEVERAL
ROUNDS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THURSDAY NIGHT
THROUGH FRIDAY AS A COLD FRONT MOVES EAST OUT OF THE NORTHERN
PLAINS. TEMPERATURES AHEAD OF THIS FRONT WILL BE VERY WARM AS
SOUTH WINDS USHER IN ABOVE NORMAL CONDITIONS...BEFORE THE COLD
FRONT PASSES THROUGH AND CLOSER TO NORMAL TEMPERATURES ARRIVE BY
THE WEEKEND.
