WINDS WILL BE WEST TO NORTHWESTERLY TODAY...AND A LITTLE
BREEZY THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS WILL
BE THE RULE FOR TONIGHT AND TOMORROW AS HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES
OVER THE OHIO VALLEY. RH VALUES WILL BE QUITE LOW TODAY AS WELL
REACHING INTO THE 20 TO 25 PERCENT RANGE. ONCE THE RIDGE SHIFTS
TO THE EAST...WINDS WILL BECOME SOUTHEASTERLY AND ONCE AGAIN
BE A LITTLE BREEZY OVER THE AREA. IN ADDITION...A WEATHER
SYSTEM WILL SPREAD RAIN INTO CENTRAL ILLINOIS...BEGINNING AS
EARLY AS FRIDAY EVENING WEST OF I-55...ALTHOUGH IT WILL BE MOST
WIDESPREAD FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY. EXPECT DRY CONDITIONS TO
RETURN BY LATE IN THE WEEKEND.
