WEATHER SUMMARY FOR CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS

High pressure brought clear skies and cool air to central and
southeast Illinois this morning.  Overnight low temperatures were
around 10 degrees below normal, dropping into the middle to upper
30s.

High pressure will bring dry and mild weather to the region for
today and into Wednesday.  For late Wednesday and early Thursday, an
upper level disturbance tracking from the Great Lakes into the Ohio
Valley, will bring a low chance of showers to eastern Illinois and
Indiana. This system will also bring slightly cooler air into the
Midwest, for Thursday.

High temperatures today will range from the lower 60s in Indiana,
to the lower 70s in Iowa.  Lows tonight will drop into the mid 30s
to mid 40s across the Midwest.
