.UPDATE...PRESSURE GRADIENT SOUTH OF A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OVER THE
CAROLINAS CONTINUES TO STRENGTHEN AND WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE AN
INCREASE IN ONSHORE WINDS. WEAK COASTAL TROUGH MAY PRODUCE A FEW
ISOLATED SHOWERS MAINLY ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS WHICH MAY SKIRT
THE COAST LATER TONIGHT INTO EARLY TUE AM. 00Z JAX SOUNDING SHOWS
PW HAS CREPT UP TO NEAR AN INCH BUT STILL PLENTY OF DRY AIR ALOFT
AND STRONG CAP NOTED BETWEEN 750 AND 600 MB. THIS WILL RESULT IN ANY
SHOWERS THAT MANAGE TO FORM WILL BE ISOALTED AND CONFINED MAINLY TO
THE COASTAL WATERS AND IMMEDIATE COAST. OTHERWISE SKIES WILL BE
PARTLY CLOUDY. LOW TEMPS WILL RANGE FROM UPPER 50S/NEAR 60 INLAND
TO MID/UPPER 60S ALONG THE COAST.

.AVIATION....MOSTLY VFR CONDITIONS TONIGHT WITH POSSIBLE TEMPO MVFR
CIGS AT CRG AND SGJ  TONIGHT AS ISOLATED ATLANTIC SHOWERS MOVE ONTO
LAND. ALSO HAVE VCNTY SHOWERS AT JAX AND VQQ ON TUESDAY AS SHOWERS
MOVE FURTHER INLAND. EASTERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE AGAIN AFTER 13Z
TUESDAY WITH GUSTS 20 TO 25 KNOTS.
