...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following streams in
Kansas...

  Mill Creek at Washington affecting Washington County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety Message...Do not drive into flooded areas. Shallow flowing
water can wash a car from the roadway. Also, the roadbed may be
washed out under the water.

and local media.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Forecast...The creek crested at 17.71 feet at 4 am this morning.
The creek will continue to fall.
