...DISCUSSION FROM MONTEREY...

WINDS WILL INCREASE OUT OF THE NORTH NORTHEAST ON WEDNESDAY AS A
TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE SLIDES IN ALONG THE SIERRA. THE STRONGEST
WINDS WILL BE OVER THE RIDGE LINES WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY
MORNING. MILD WEATHER IS THEN EXPECTED THROUGH SATURDAY WITH
GENERALLY LIGHT ONSHORE FLOW. ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM WILL IMPACT THE
AREA BEGINNING SUNDAY WITH A POSSIBILITY OF PRECIPITATION FROM SANTA
CRUZ NORTH INTO NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
