.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE AXIS WILL BE OVER THE BURN AREA THIS
AFTERNOON THEN SLOWLY EXIT THE AREA THIS EVENING AS LOW PRESSURE
MOVES NORTHWARD OFF THE EAST COAST OF FL. SURFACE AND TRANSPORT
WINDS WILL BE NORTHEASTERLY UNTIL MIDDAY THEN VEER TO EASTERLY
THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY THIS
AFTERNOON WILL BE AROUND 30 PERCENT. THIS EVENING AN INVERSION
WILL DEVELOP WITH MIXING HEIGHTS LOWERING TO AROUND 300 FEET.
SURFACE WINDS WILL BE UNDER 5 MPH OVERNIGHT AND VARY BETWEEN
NORTHEAST AND EASTERLY. THE COASTAL LOW WILL MOVE NORTHWARD TO THE
GA COAST OVERNIGHT CREATING A SLOWLY TIGHTENING PRESSURE GRADIENT
AND WINDS SLOWLY INCREASING AROUND DAYBREAK THURSDAY. PATCHY
FOG...MAINLY IN FOG PRONE LOCATIONS...IS POSSIBLE AROUND DAYBREAK
THURSDAY.
