TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT WELL INLAND EACH DAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY
BEFORE DISSIPATING.  LIGHT TO OCCASIONALLY MODERATE SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL
WILL KEEP AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES ABOVE CRITICAL LEVELS
THROUGH THURSDAY.  DISPERSION INDICES OF 75-85 WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS
AFTERNOON FOR AREAS NORTH OF THE COAST.
