CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS AND SMALL HAIL. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 20 NM SOUTHEAST OF LAGUNA MADRE...MOVING
EAST AT 15 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
