AT 553 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED CLUSTERS OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS... CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS UP TO 33 KNOTS. ONE
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR MELBOURNE...MOVING EAST AT 15 KNOTS.
ANOTHER CLUSTER WILL PUSH EAST TOWARD SEBASTIAN INLET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES ARE OCCURRING WITH THESE STORM. IF CAUGHT
