IN THE MID 60S TO MID 70S. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL BE 20 TO
30 PERCENT WITH AVERAGE WIND SPEEDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH. SLIGHTLY
COOLER TEMPERATURES AND HIGHER RELATIVE HUMIDITIES ARE EXPECTED
