DAILY RIVER AND LAKE SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC
953 AM EDT WED MAY 6 2015

...All river forecast points are expected to remain below flood
   stage...

High pressure continues to dominate the region extending inland from
the Atlantic to along the Virginia and North Carolina border. The high
pressure ridge will gradually weaken and shift further north as a
developing low near the Bahamas lifts northward off the Florida
coast and ends up off the Carolina coast by the end of the week.
Current dynamics and model trends indicate that our forecast area
will escape significant rainfall amounts...although much uncertainty
remains past 48 to 72 hours.

Minor stage fluctuations are expected on area rivers...and will
be driven mainly by releases from upstream reservoirs.
