OVERCAST AND BREEZY CONDITIONS ALONG WITH RAIN DOMINATED THE TRI
STATE AREA THIS MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON. AT 1PM MDT (2PM CDT)
WINDS WERE OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO
30 MPH. TEMPERATURES ARE RANGING FROM 52 DEGREES IN FLAGLER
COLORADO TO 66 DEGREES IN NORTON KANSAS.

OUTLOOK... AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE CONTINUES TO INFLUENCE THE
HIGH PLAINS REGION THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT WITH RAIN SHOWERS
AND SOME THUNDERSTORMS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED BETWEEN A
QUARTER OF AN INCH UP TO AN INCH. LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL
DROP INTO THE UPPER 40S TO MID 50S.

TUESDAY WILL CONTINUE TO BE CLOUDY WITH LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS IN THE
MORNING. THEN BECOMING PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY IN THE AFTERNOON
WITH A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL REACH INTO
THE MID 70S.
