OUTLOOK: WIND GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH. PATCHY FROST.

HAZARDS: EMERGING TENDER VEGETATION COULD BE DAMAGED FROM FROST.

TIMING: WIND GUSTS TODAY THROUGH THIS EVENING. PATCHY FROST TONIGHT.

DISCUSSION: SHOWERS WILL EXIT THE AREA LATE THIS MORNING...AND
HIGH PRESSURE WILL STRENGTHEN OVER THE AREA. MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES
AND SIGNIFICANT RADIATIONAL COOLING COULD RESULT IN PATCHY FROST
TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

OUTLOOK: FROST IS POSSIBLE THURSDAY NIGHT.

DISCUSSION: TENDER VEGETATION COULD BE DAMAGED BY PATCHY FROST
AGAIN ON THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE WILL GRADUALLY BUILD INTO
THE AREA FOR THE MIDDLE PARTS OF THE WEEK. A FRONTAL SYSTEM MAY
RESULT IN SOME SHOWER ACTIVITY THIS WEEKEND...AND AGAIN ON MONDAY
AND TUESDAY. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE
SOUTHERN COUNTIES ON SATURDAY. LIGHTNING IS A THREAT WITH ANY
STORM.

FLOODING OF A FEW STATE AND LOCAL ROADS...LOW AGRICULTURAL
LAND...AND RIVER PARKS.

RIVER FLOODING ONGOING.

DISCUSSION: SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING AS A WEAK UPPER
WAVE MOVES THROUGH THE AREA. HIGH PRESSURE WILL STRENGTHEN OVER
THE AREA BY THIS AFTERNOON THOUGH. CLEAR SKIES AND STRONG
RADIATIONAL COOLING WILL LEAD TO PATCHY FROST TONIGHT.
