OUTLOOK: STRONG WIND GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH. LOWLAND FLOODING WILL
DEVELOP ALONG PORTIONS OF THE WHITE...WABASH...AND MUSCATATUCK
RIVERS.

HAZARDS: UNSECURED OBJECTS WILL BE BLOWN ABOUT...AND DRIVING WILL
BE DIFFICULT FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. FLOODING.

TIMING: WIND GUSTS LATE THIS MORNING THROUGH THIS EVENING.
FLOODING IS ONGOING.

DISCUSSION: FLOODING WILL DEVELOP AS A RESULT OF PREVIOUS RAINFALL
ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE AREA. RAIN SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE TONIGHT
AS A WEAK UPPER WAVE MOVES THROUGH THE AREA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

OUTLOOK: STRONG WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED ON
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. LOWLAND FLOODING WILL PERSIST ALONG PORTIONS
OF AREA RIVERS.

DISCUSSION: RAIN SHOWERS WILL LINGER INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING. AFTER
DRY CONDITIONS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK...RAIN SHOWERS WILL
RETURN AGAIN FOR THE WEEKEND AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHES
FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS.

TIMING: WINDS LATE THIS MORNING THROUGH EVENING. LOW CHANCES FOR
LIGHTNING THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. FLOODING IS ONGOING.

DISCUSSION: FLOODING WILL DEVELOP AS A RESULT OF PREVIOUS RAINFALL
ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE AREA. A FEW ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS COULD
DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING AS A FRONTAL BOUNDARY STALLS
NEAR THE OHIO RIVER.
