.SYNOPSIS...A REINFORCING COLD FRONT OR SURGE OF HIGH PRESSURE
TO MOVE THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS TUESDAY MORNING. MUCH STRONGER
NORTH WINDS ARE ANTICIPATED WITH THIS SURGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AND
AS A RESULT SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES HAVE BEEN POSTED FOR THE LAGUNA
MADRE AND THE GULF WATERS FOR TUESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS TO OUR
WEST WEDNESDAY MAINTAINING A NORTHERLY BUT WEAKER FLOW. THE RIDGE
MOVES OFF TO THE EAST LATTER HALF OF THE WEEK WITH A LIGHT TO
MODERATE SOUTHEAST WIND RETURNING TO THE LOWER TEXAS COAST.
