.DISCUSSION...WEAK HIGH PRESSURE EXTENDING DOWN FROM THE NORTH WILL
REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH TONIGHT...WITH POOR DISPERSION EXPECTED.
A WARM FRONT WILL APPROACH THE AREA LATE TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY
MORNING...INCREASING THE RAIN CHANCES.  AREAS OF FOG ARE POSSIBLE
EARLY IN THE MORNING DUE TO HIGH LOW-LEVEL MOISTURE.

THE INVERSION WILL LIFT SLOWLY BY 10 AM SUNDAY MORNING...WITH THE
WARM FRONT MOVING  NORTH OF THE AREA BY EARLY AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL
BECOME SOUTHERLY...AT SPEEDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH NEAR THE SURFACE
AND 20 TO 25 MPH IN THE MIXING LAYER.

MAXIMUM MIXING HEIGHTS WILL GENERALLY REACH THE 2500 TO 3000 FOOT
RANGE.  MIN RH VALUES WILL REMAIN WELL ABOVE CRITICAL LEVELS.
