.DISCUSSION...A STRONG LOW OVER THE FAR SOUTHERN GULF WILL EXIT TO
THE EAST TODAY THROUGH TONIGHT RESULTING IN DECREASING WINDS AND
SUBSIDING SEAS IN THE HAZMAT AREA. WINDS WILL SHIFT AROUND TO THE
SOUTHEAST ON THURSDAY AND SLOWLY INCREASE DURING THE AFTERNOON AS
A FRONTAL SYSTEM APPROACHES FROM THE BERING SEA.
