.DISCUSSION...AN UPPER LEVEL HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OVER THE AREA TODAY
WILL MOVE RAPIDLY EAST OVER NIGHT AS A FAST MOVING PACIFIC LOW
PRESSURE TROUGH AND COLD FRONT RACES INTO WESTERN WYOMING TUESDAY
MORNING.  AHEAD OF THE TROUGH STRONG SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL
DEVELOP BETWEEN NOON AND 1300 MDT. THE AIR MASS WILL BE DRY WITH
POOR RELATIVE HUMIDITY TONIGHT.  RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL BE LOW
REACHING 13 TO 16 PERCENT BY 1300 MDT.  CLOUDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH
THE AFTERNOON.  IN THE EARLY EVENING SHOWERS WITH ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE OVER THE BURN AREA.  WINDS WILL REMAIN
ELEVATED IN THE EVENING...SHIFTING TO THE NORTH BEHIND THE COLD FRONT
AROUND 2200 MDT. SHOWERS WILL BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD AND CHANGE TO
SNOW BY 2300 MDT.  SNOWFALL OF 1 TO 3 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE BEFORE
SUNRISE WEDNESDAY MORNING.
