WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A STATIONARY FRONT IS OVER CENTRAL ILLINOIS WHILE A
BROAD 30.3 INCH HIGH IS CENTERED OVER LAKE SUPERIOR. THE FRONT
WILL LIFT NORTH AS A WARM FRONT WEDNESDAY WHILE THE HIGH SLOWLY
SHIFTS EAST OF THE GREAT LAKES THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THE HIGH WILL
REMAIN OVER THE EASTERN SEABOARD THROUGH THE WEEK. A 29.6 INCH LOW
FORMS OVER THE NORTHERN ROCKIES WEDNESDAY AND REACHES WESTERN
ONTARIO THURSDAY EVENING. THE LOW DRAGS A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE
WESTERN LAKES SATURDAY AS IT MOVES OVER NORTHERN QUEBEC.
