            AN EF-1 TORNADO WITH MAXIMUM WINDS OF 104 MPH AND A PATH
            WIDTH OF 300 YARDS DEVELOPED ALONG THE EASTERN SHORE OF
            THE ST. JOHNS RIVER AND MOVED ESE THROUGH THE SOUTHSIDE
            AREA FOR 3.45 MILES. NUMEROUS TREES AND POWERLINES WERE
            DOWNED. SUBSTANTIAL ROOF DAMAGE TO SEVERAL BUSINESSES
            NEAR PHILLIPS HWY.
