THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BURLINGTON HAS CANCELLED THE RED
FLAG WARNING FOR ALL OF NORTHERN NEW YORK AND VERMONT.

INCREASING CLOUDS AND SPOTTY LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS MOVING ACROSS THE
AREA THIS EVENING WILL RAISE HUMIDITY LEVELS ABOVE CRITICAL
THRESHOLDS. AT THE SAME TIME...WINDS WILL TAPER OFF AND THESE
CONDITIONS WILL HELP FIRE CREWS DEAL WITH ANY EXISTING FIRES
ACROSS THE AREA.
