A LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE EASTERN HALF OF THE COUNTRY
WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON. THIS PATTERN
WILL CONTINUE MILD AND DRY CONDITIONS OVER NORTHERN MICHIGAN TONIGHT
AND SUNDAY. HOWEVER...THE CHANCE FOR RAIN INCREASES ACROSS THE
NORTHERN LAKES SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY...AS A QUICK MOVING FEATURE
PUSHES ACROSS ONTARIO.

AN EXTENDED STRETCH OF WARM SUMMER LIKE TEMPERATURES...CAN BE
EXPECTED ACROSS NORTHERN MICHIGAN NEXT WEEK. THE THREAT OF A FEW
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS INCREASES ACROSS NORTHERN MICHIGAN BY THE
MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK...AS A NORTHERN PLAINS STORM SYSTEM PUSHES INTO
THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT...WILL BE IN THE MID TO UPPER 40S STATEWIDE.

HIGH TEMPERATURES SUNDAY...WILL RANGE FROM THE LOW 70S NORTH...TO
THE MID 70S SOUTH.

HERE IS THE HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK FOR NORTHERN LOWER AND EASTERN
UPPER MICHIGAN.

ELEVATED FIRE DANGER ACROSS NORTHERN MICHIGAN THIS EVENING AND AGAIN
SUNDAY...DUE TO WARM TEMPERATURES AND GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS.

THERE IS A CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE AREA SUNDAY
NIGHT.
