WILL SHIFT EAST TODAY AND AMPLIFY EVEN MORE...BRINGING RAPID WARMING
TO OUR CWA THROUGH TUESDAY WITH CLEAR SKIES AND LOW HUMIDITY.  WINDS
WILL BE LIGHT DIURNAL TODAY AND TONIGHT THEN LIGHT SOUTHEAST
TUESDAY.  HIGH TEMPS TODAY WILL BE ABOUT 7 DEGS HIGHER THAN SUNDAY
IN OUR ERN-MOST IDAHO ZONES BUT 10-13 DEGS HIGHER IN OREGON ZONES
AND NRN-MOST IDAHO ZONES.  HIGHS TUESDAY WILL BE ABOUT 7 DEGS HIGHER
THAN TODAY IN OREGON ZONES BUT 10-13 DEGS HIGHER IN MOST IDAHO
ZONES.  TUESDAY WILL THEREFORE BE 15-20 DEGS WARMER THAN SUNDAY
THROUGHOUT OUR CWA.  DUE TO THE DRYNESS OF THE AIR TONIGHT WILL
AGAIN BE COLD BUT NOT AS COLD AS THE CURRENT NIGHT...LOWS IN THE MID
20S TO MID 30S IN THE MOUNTAINS AND HIGHER BASINS...AND MID 30S TO
LOWER 40S IN THE LOWER VALLEYS.

.LONG TERM...TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY...MODELS AGREE ON SHIFTING
THE UPPER LEVEL RIDGE EAST AND SOUTH OF OUR CWA AS A WEAKENING UPPER
LEVEL TROUGH MOVES INLAND OVER THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST STATES...
BRINGING ISOLATED MOUNTAIN SHOWERS AND SLIGHTLY COOLER HIGH
TEMPERATURES WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY. FOLLOWING THE
TROUGH OUR AREA COMES UNDER LIGHT WESTERLY FLOW ALOFT...WITH NEAR
NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND ONLY ENOUGH MOISTURE FOR ISOLATED MOUNTAIN
SHOWERS EACH DAY.
