TODAY WITH LAKE BREEZES DEVELOPING UNDER RELATIVELY LIGHT FLOW.
MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES FALL TO 20 PERCENT OVER THE
INTERIOR WEST THIS AFTERNOON...WITH HIGHER VALUES AROUND 40 PERCENT
OVER EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE
THROUGH ON WEDNESDAY...POSSIBLY LEADING TO A FEW SPRINKLES OVER NORTH
CENTRAL AND EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN BUT NOT SIGNIFICANT PRECIPITATION.
NORTH WINDS ON WEDNESDAY WILL GUST TO 20-25 MPH OVER THE CENTRAL AND
EASTERN U.P. WHICH WILL KEEP TEMPERATURES COOLER...ESPECIALLY NEAR
LAKE SUPERIOR. THURSDAY WILL BE ONLY A COUPLE OF DEGREES WARMER
