.DISCUSSION...A STRONG COLD HAS JUST PUSHED TO THE EAST OF THE BURN
SITE. WEST WINDS WILL BE QUICKLY INCREASING TO 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS
UP TO 45 MPH AS THE FRONT CONTINUES ITS EASTERLY PUSH. RELATIVE HUMIDITY
VALUES WILL DROP TO AROUND 23 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON. A RED FLAG WARNING
FOR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS IS IN EFFECT TODAY INTO THIS
EVENING.

WINDS WILL DIMINISH SOME THIS EVENING...THOUGH STILL REMAIN BREEZY
OVERNIGHT. A WINDY DAY IS EXPECTED ON THURSDAY...THOUGH SUSTAINED WIND
SPEEDS AND GUSTS WILL BE LOWER. ALSO ON THURSDAY...COOLER TEMPERATURES
ARE EXPECTED LEADING TO HIGHER MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES.
