CRITICAL CONDITIONS. RH RECOVERY IS UNDERWAY AND SHOULD RISE
ABOVE 30% IN THE NEXT 1-2 HOURS. WINDS WILL DECREASE BELOW 20 MPH
AS ATMOSPHERE ATTEMPTS TO DECOUPLE... HOWEVER MORE MIXING OCCURRED
OVER SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE THAN OTHER SECTIONS SO THIS MAY NOT
OCCUR COMPLETELY. WEAK FRONT WILL PASS THE FIRE`S AREA WITH WINDS
