...STRONG SOUTHEAST WINDS OVER THE OPEN WATERS...

.LOW PRESSURE IN THE PLAINS AND BROAD HIGH PRESSURE CENTERED IN
THE ATLANTIC JUST OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST WILL TIGHTEN THE
PRESSURE GRADIENT OVER THE REGION. PERSISTENT SOUTHEAST WINDS ARE
ALREADY DEVELOPING AND WINDS ARE QUICKLY RAMPING UP OVER THE OUTER
WATERS AND SHOULD EXPAND INTO THE INNER WATERS LATER TODAY.

ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
