HIGH WAVES...ESPECIALLY NORTH OF MILWAUKEE. WINDS WILL TURN WEST
BEHIND A COLD FRONT LATE THURSDAY MORNING AND FALL BELOW SMALL

AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
