.DISCUSSION...
MIN RH WILL FALL TO NEAR 20 PERCENT ACROSS THE EAST TODAY. HOWEVER
WINDS WILL BE RELATIVELY LIGHT..LESS THAN 10 MPH IN THE EAST AND
10 TO 20 MPH IN THE WEST. THIS WILL KEEP FIRE DANGER MOSTLY IN THE
MODERATE CATEGORY. THE NEXT BEST CHANCE OF RAIN WILL BE MONDAY
NIGHT AS A TROUGH WORKS ITS WAY ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS.

RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS
USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
