THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FAIRBANKS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM
THIS MORNING TO 10 PM AKDT THIS EVENING.

* BLOWING SNOW...REDUCING VISIBILITY TO ONE HALF MILE OR LESS AT
  TIMES.

* WINDS...EAST WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE SUNDAY MORNING WITH STRONGEST
  WINDS AND LOWEST VISIBILITIES EXPECTED SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
  VISIBILITIES WILL IMPROVE SUNDAY EVENING AS WINDS DECREASE.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE GREATLY REDUCED AND SNOW WILL
  ACCUMULATE INTO DRIFTS. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS MAY OCCUR. TRAVEL
