SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE THROUGH THE
REGION THROUGH THURSDAY. HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE TO BE POSSIBLE
WITH THESE STORMS AS THE ATMOSPHERE REMAINS EXTREMELY MOIST. THE
ABSENCE OF LOW LEVEL FOCUSING MECHANISMS WILL LIMIT FLOODING
POSSIBILITIES TO LOCALIZED AREAS.
