TO LATE MON...AND TO ELEVATIONS GREATER THAT 8500 FT ACROSS
NORTHWESTERN WY AND NORTH-CENTRAL CO.  WEAK MID LEVEL ENERGY
DROPPING SOUTHEAST INTO THE BASE OF A BROAD UPPER TROUGH...ALONG
WITH UPSLOPE FLOW AND LOW-MID LEVEL FRONTOGENESIS ALONG THE
WESTERN EDGE OF A LOW LEVEL RIDGE EXTENDING SOUTHEAST FROM CANADA
IS EXPECTED TO ENCOURAGE SNOW SHOWERS...MOVING FROM NORTHWEST TO
SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE REGION.  THESE MAY PRODUCE ACROSS SOME LOCAL
ACCUMULATIONS OF 4-INCHES OR GREATER...PARTICULARLY ALONG THE WIND
RIVER MOUNTAINS IN NORTHWESTERN WY AND THE RANGES OF NORTH-CENTRAL
