FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR EAST KENTUCKY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE JACKSON KY
459 PM EDT THU APR 16 2015

.DISCUSSION...A DISTURBANCE ALOFT AIDING IN THE GENERATION OF
SHOWERS ON THURSDAY WILL MOVE OUT TO THE EAST AND LEAVE THE
REGION WITH A LIKELIHOOD OF STAYING DRY ON FRIDAY INTO
SATURDAY. ANOTHER DISTURBANCE ALOFT WILL APPROACH ON SATURDAY
NIGHT AND SUNDAY...AND PASS ON SUNDAY NIGHT. IT WILL CAUSE A
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TO DEVELOP OVER THE MIDDLE OF THE NATION
AND MOVE NORTHEAST TO THE GREAT LAKES. THE WIND FLOW AROUND
THE SURFACE SYSTEM WILL BRING ANOTHER INFLUX OF MOISTURE.
THE COMBINATION OF FACTORS SHOULD RESULT IN SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS FOR SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT.
