  MIDDLE 30S ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA.

* TIMING...THE FROST IS EXPECTED TO FORM BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 3

* IMPACTS...THE DEVELOPMENT OF FROST AND COLD TEMPERATURES MAY
