VALLEY FOG WILL AFFECT PORTIONS OF THE AREA EARLY THIS MORNING.
IT WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE IN SOME
LOCATIONS. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION DURING THE MORNING
COMMUTE. THE FOG SHOULD DISSIPATE BY AROUND 9 AM.
