Ohio River Basin Hydrometeorological Discussion

Low pressure remains over the Great Lakes region today and through Thursday. An
associated cold front will rotate through the Ohio Valley tonight through
Wednesday. This front will feature widespread light to moderate showers.
The next chance of significant rain appears to be over the upcoming weekend,
but amounts are not expected to be excessive.
...FLOOD POTENTIAL DISCUSSION...
Flooding continues in portions of western Indiana and western Kentucky.
Moderate flooding is confined to two locations on the lower Green River.

Rain fell over nearly all of the Ohio Valley. Basin averages were fairly light,
but some ranged from 0.50 to 0.75 inch in isolated parts of the Allegheny and

Rain is expected over nearly all of the basin. Highest amounts will range from
0.25 to 0.50 inch in northern Kentucky, northern West Virginia, southern Ohio
and western Pennsylvania.
