AT 837 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF HEAVY SHOWERS FROM
13 MILES NORTH OF STAPLETON TO 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF NORTH
PLATTE...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 35 MPH.

LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...
HALSEY AND TRYON.

THE SHOWERS WILL PRODUCE AROUND 1/10 OF AN INCH OF RAIN AS THEY MOVE
THROUGH THE SANDHILLS THIS EVENING.

THIS RAIN WAS PART OF A LARGER AREA OF LIGHT RAIN...DRIZZLE AND
SHOWERS COVERING MUCH OF WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. THIS
RAIN WAS MOVING NORTHWEST AND WILL CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE EVENING.

A VERY LARGE STORM SYSTEM HAS FORMED ACROSS THE ROCKIES AND GREAT
PLAINS. 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IS EXPECTED ACROSS WESTERN AND NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA BY MONDAY AND BY SUNDAY THE STORM WILL BE PULLING
MUCH COOLER AIR INTO WESTERN NEBRASKA.
