NORTH PLATTE...IMPERIAL...CHAMPION...MERNA...MAXWELL...DICKENS...
BROKEN BOW...HAYES CENTER...BURWELL...SARGENT...ENDERS AND CALLAWAY.

RAINFALL RATES OF LESS THAN 1/10 OF AN INCH PER HOUR ARE LIKELY AS
THIS RAIN MOVES SLOWLY SOUTH. A COLD FRONT IS MOVING RAPIDLY SOUTH
ALSO WHICH IS EXPECTED TO PUSH THE RAIN SOUTH LATER THIS MORNING.
CLEARING SKIES AND WINDY CONDITIONS SHOULD DEVELOP THEREAFTER.

ALL OF THIS RAIN WAS ASSOCIATED WITH A SLOW MOVING UPPER LEVEL LOW
